PTN holds major market share in distribution network in Pakistan with a fleet size of over 40 vehicles which are contracted by major corporate customers. The solution had to allow them to manage trucks distributed across the country and share information and process with all sites yet still provide autonomy to the managers in the field tasked with the daily operation and decision making for profitability.
C-track Solution
C-track Assist with trailer door monitoring was offered as a solution to PTN. This helped them fulfill their client’s requirements. They were able to monitor and control unauthorized access to the delivery valves. Proper FMIS reports help them to solve driver claims for the miles travelled. They were also able to minimize their maintenance cost by the help of reports which showed them unnecessary wastage of fuel. PTN educated their drivers on safety issues, such as speeding and braking to avoid the accidents.
