Business Issue
TCS undoubtly is the largest logistic operator in Pakistan with a fleet of over 150 vehicles that dispatches mail and cargo throughout the country. TCS wanted to keep track on timely and safe delivery of the goods to their destination. TCS also wanted a tracking solution at their premises to guide and navigate their fleet.
Evaluation
TCS browsed for a product which could provide them with real time tracking and safe delivery of their cargo. C-track was given preference over others because of advanced features and functionalities such as mileage tracking, route monitoring, extensive and detailed reporting, custom land marking etc. In addition C-Track provided TCS with the on-premises base station (FM software)
